Para quem não conhece, o curso ao vivo de Bruxelas (GEEW) é um dos cursos mais tradicionais de endoscopia, e serviu de inspiração para que o Prof. Paulo Sakai implantasse um curso semelhante em nosso meio, o qual é celebrado todo ano durante o Gastrão.
Em virtude da Pandemia, o GEEW foi cancelado pela primeira vez em 37 anos.
No entanto, o comitê organizador do GEEW organizou uma seleção com os melhores procedimentos dos últimos 4 anos, os quais estarão disponíveis sem custos nos dias originalmente reservados para o evento: 21, 22 e 23 de junho.

Aliás, esse ano o Gastrão e o curso internacional de Endoscopia do HCFMUSP, organizado pelo Prof. Eduardo Moura, será realizado online nos dias 10 a 12 de outubro.

As you may have heard previously, we have cancelled our GEEW meeting for the first time after 37 years in line due to the Covid crisis.
Nevertheless, we are still willing to promote education and we have organised, at the same dates, a “GEEW Best of Firework” which will make available, during the 3 days initially planned for the meeting the best edited live video sequences from our last 4 workshops.
This is a gift we want to offer to anybody interested in therapeutic endoscopy. There will be of course absolutely no charge and we believe it will be of interest to any physician interested in therapeutic endoscopy.
